Help us make the last recess art session of the year unforgettable tomorrow/Wednesday! Sign up to volunteer!

PTA MEETING

Join us for the final General Association PTA meeting of the year on May 29! Hear from our Advocacy Representative, Jess Fakharzadeh, as she shares insights from the PTA Sacramento Safari. We'll also wrap up the school year by reflecting on our achievements and looking ahead to the future. For incoming board and committee members, you don't miss the opportunity to connect with outgoing members during our in/out meeting. Let's celebrate a year of collaboration and set the stage for continued success!

BC CONNECTIONS END-OF-SCHOOL EVENT

On Friday, May 31, our BC Connections team is putting together an exciting end-of-school-year park event in Chaparral Park. See the attached flyer for details. With that, we need a few volunteers for snacks and time:

·      Snacks:  Please provide snacks that represent your/a cultural heritage. These can be in sample sizes, store-bought, or homemade. We ask volunteers to bring around 40 and provide a brief description of the snack. Sign up here.

·      Help: We need a couple of volunteers to assist with setup and cleanup, so please lend a hand if you're available!

Feel free to reach out to Delia and/or Michele Northrup if you have any questions.

FIELD DAY

Get ready for the highlight of the school year: Field Day! This year’s festivities take place June 4 for the upper grades and June 5 for primary grades. As we gear up for two action-packed days of fun and games, we're calling all volunteers to join us during the last week of school. We need your help to make this day unforgettable. Sign up now to be part of the excitement and ensure that Field Day is a roaring success for our school community!
