CIMI PARENT NIGHT
Sixth grade families are encouraged to attend this year’s informational session to learn more about the upcoming CIMI field trip today/Tuesday, Aug. 29 in the Bear Den/MPR.
NEW SPIRIT WEAR AVAILABLE
Our newly designed spirit wear (t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and other merchandise) is available! Please check out our new merchandise and place your order by TONIGHT for delivery by Sept 13. Spirit Wear will also be for sale at the Back-to-School-Bash on Sept 14. All proceeds support the Bonita Canyon PTA.
BACK-TO-SCHOOL NIGHT
This year’s Back-to-School Night for 1-6 will take place this Thursday, Aug. 31, beginning at 5:15 pm for grades 4-6 and 6:00 pm for grades 1-3. We invite parents or guardians to join us to learn more about the coming year.

PICTURE DAY
Mark your calendars! This year’s picture day will take place Wednesday, Sept. 13. For those unable to make it, the makeup picture day is Sept. 29. Please plan accordingly.
BACK TO SCHOOL BASH
The Back to School Bash will take place 5 – 7 pm on Sept. 14. There will be a new build-a-bear table, food trucks, music, fun, games, our new spirit wear, and so much more. DIRECTORY COVER CONTEST
Our annual Directory coloring contest will soon be underway. This year’s template is attached and will also be available in the front office. All submissions are due by Sept. 20.
REFLECTIONS ENTRIES DUE OCT. 1
What are you hopeful for? That’s the focus of this year’s Reflections art program contest. Entries with forms are due by Oct. 1 in the front office or online. For information, visit the Reflections page on our web site.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH OPPS
We have two ongoing community-focused opportunities available for BC Elementary families:
Farm Fresh To You: Those wanting to sign up for deliveries can earn funding toward the school.
Angels Fundraiser: tickets are on sale until Sept. 27.
